Pup will be Microchipped (with prepaid registration) and DNA Certificate of Parentage.

Pup is JHC Negative Guaranteed via parentage.  Pup will have Age Appropriate Vaccinations.

Pup will be regularly Dewormed begining at 2 weeks of age and have started Heartworm Prevention.

All Health Records Provided at delivery.
